I went to TriNoma last night with my sisters to see The Click Five perform. We did not get good seats because we did not arrive early. Apparently, the organizers gave out stubs for good seats at 10 am and since we arrived in the afternoon, there weren't stubs left. But that's ok because we still had fun even if we had to stand up for like 5 hours. I am just so happy to see Kyle and the rest of the Click Five perform.

More updates later. My sisters and I are going to watch them again at Greenbelt tonight. And this time, I think we'll be having more fun because we just might be getting good seats for tonight's show. I am so excited.

I just got our photo with The Click Five today. The picture was already available since Tuesday but due to the explosion last Friday, it did not seem right to go to Glorietta. I went there before going to my interview. Ethan and I were not looking at the camera. There were so many cameras during the photo-op and I wasn't really sure which one to look at. Anyway, I'm posting it here.

Moving along, I was not able to go to Vero's house today because I had a scheduled job interview.  I was supposed to be interviewed at 4 pm but when I arrived, there were three other applicants with earlier appointments who still had to be interviewed. I had to wait for like 3 hours before I finally had the chance to speak with the VP. She says that there are two other applicants for the position I am applying for and she still had to interview them. And so, I will have to wait until Friday to find out if my unemployed status will soon be over. Waiting is not a problem. The only problem I have is her ( and the HR's) suggestion that I do something about my hair. They don't like my Japanese-inspired hair style. They think I should do away with the bangs and have the same hair cut I had in the picture I attached to my resume.

I like the way my hair looks like right now and I am even planning to grow it a bit and get the punk hair cut I saw on a girl in Hong Kong. I don't know how I should feel about this. I mean, I know that in the corporate world, looking presentable is very important but does it really have to reach the point where the company has to choose your hairstyle. Do I not look presentable? Is it really that bad? My dad said it had nothing to do with me not looking neat. The corporate culture in the Philippines is one that is strictly formal and so, the corporate people are not fans of funky hairstyles. This may sound silly, but I am starting to get the feeling that once I start working I would not be able to express myself anymore. I know that I should comply with the rules, but a part of me feels the rules are trampling upon my rights. I may be overreacting. But seriously, this is just difficult for me to accept.
