Fahrenheit's Wu Chun and Calvin Chen are in the Philippines to promote their drama Romantic Princess. My sister Angela and I saw them in the flesh yesterday. smile.gif  We went to ABS CBN to catch their performance. We were far from the stage though, so we didn't see them up close. sad.gif Anyhow, I am still happy to have seen both of them.  Both are such fine blokes. loveeyes.gif

My sister and I did not really care if we get to see Calvin or not because we were really after Chun.  Sorry Calvin fans but I wasn't really that attracted to him when I first saw him in Fahrenheit's videos. After seeing him yesterday though, I realized that pictures and videos don't give him justice. He looks so much better in person. heart.gif

Chun and Calvin said that they would tell their company to try to arrange for their band to have a concert here. I do hope it can happen so that I can see them again. I would like to see Arron and Jiro as well.

I'm sounding like a teenager again. bag.gif But then again, in Asia, teenagers aren't the only ones who get enthusiastic about seeing celebrities. Adults get excited too. I read in an article before that in Japan, some women skipped going to work just so they could catch a glimpse of their idols and get their autographs. Imagine having to explain to your boss that the reason you couldn't report for work was because Fahrenheit was in town. I'm  pretty sure that would take a lot of effort.

Wo chao xi huan ni (I really like you) Chun and Calvin.

My first article on a certain corporation's stock recommendation was published on our newspaper last Monday.I can't believe it.

I shouldn't be surprised that it was published since I am a reporter. I guess, it is only now that is sinking in that I am no longer just writing for myself. My works have other readers now, apart from my friends.(I am assuming that my friends actually read my entries here.) Everything I write for the paper can affect other people's lives in one way or another. Wow. How many people are given that chance? Not many. This just means I have to be careful with what I write.

We were told that we will be assigned to our respective beats next week. I will have to work extra hard. I don't want to see our editors turning into monsters.
