After waiting for seven years, I finally got to see Hanson perform live. I am just so happy. I don’t understand why and how seeing and hearing Isaac, Taylor and Zac sing and play can give me this effect. This is probably because they were also part of my growth from childhood to teenage years. I guess I can call them my childhood heroes or inspiration, something like that. I’ve always appreciated their music and admired them for their talent. They were just kids when they started and yet their music was able to get through a lot of people and they were able to make a name for themselves. And it did not end there. Their music is still good. And I was able to prove that last night.

Hanson’s show was great. They played both their old and new songs. Mmmbop was part of the set of course. Thank you Mammy Med and Tatty Ted for paying for my VIP ticket. My seat was in row F so I had a good view. I didn’t stay in my seat during the concert though. I ran closer to the stage when they started playing. I was just one row away from Taylor. And he looked so gorgeous. Too bad, I couldn’t see Zac from where I was standing because Taylor’s piano was blocking my view. I had to tiptoe to at least catch a glimpse of him. During the entire night, I was singing with them and jumping up and down. I didn’t care about what I looked like anymore. My only concern was to have fun and that meant just doing all that. It just sucks that I left my camera in the car, thinking that it might not be allowed to be brought inside the theater. Well, guess what? Cameras were allowed to be brought in and I only found out after my dad left. And so, all I have now are the pics I took using my brother’s camera phone, which are not that good. But that will have to do. At least I have something. And besides, I got to see them ( Isaac and Taylor) up close.
